Residents are carefully screened and selected. All prospective residents complete an application, are then thoroughly screened to include a credit background check, criminal background check, verification of income and previous rental reference checks.

Each month you will be mailed a detailed statement that will show your income and expenses as well as copies of all expense invoices and, most importantly, your monthly net income check. You will also have the option of having us deposit your check for you.

We will handle all maintenance calls 24 hours a day for you. We have access to vendors that are fully insured and can and will handle all maintenance needs for your property.

Metro Management also provides long term planning of repairs, maintenance and upgrades to your property. We review bids and conduct meetings with vendors to assure you are getting the best possible service for your money.
